At CULTIVER, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your linen or homeware items into their original fabric bags and place them inside a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
